Registration

For logistical reasons, online registration is possible until August 09, 12:00AM CET. After this date, only on-site registrations are accepted.

Costs for registration will be:

Early registration fee (before May 16, 2019) EUR 585,-
Late registration fee (from May 16, 2019) EUR 685,-

The conference registration fee includes access to the following:
Congress Documentation
Attendance to all sessions
Coffee breaks and lunches
Welcome Reception on Monday
Poster reception / dinner on Tuesday
Dinner on Thursday

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If a cancellation is received before or on June 19, 2019, reimbursement of the registration fee, minus €50,- handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made.

Payment Methods
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and iDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration or at least before the start of the conference to secure your participation.

Accreditatie
The International Conferences on the Molecular Biology and Pathogenesis of the Clostridia (Clostpath), Leiden, Netherlands, 19/08/2019-22/08/2019 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 17 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
